Coeur d'Alene Bakehouse was founded in 1995 and is the Inland Northwest’s largest regional bakery. Over
the past 15 years, Coeur d'Alene Bakehouse, Twisted Earth, and HearthBread have
built an excellent reputation for quality bread and pastry products. While
large commercial bakeries cut corners and add preservatives to mass product
bread, we make our ALL Natural bread by hand, one loaf at a time. We use only
the best ingredients along with sustainable flour from locally grown Shepherd’s
Grain.
